The 'Patient Search & Groups' feature in the 'Dashboards' enables users to create patient groups based on various criteria. This feature allows for the generation of different reports and patient groups customized to specific needs.
Begin by going to the 'Dashboards' at the top of your schedule display.
Click on the 'Patient Search & Groups' button which is the second button from the top on the left-hand side of the window.
Under the 'Search' tab in 'Patient Search & Groups', you can specify various criteria to create a subset of patients. Some examples of these criteria include:
- Patients with certain age groups
- Patients on certain medications
- Patients assigned to a particular provider at the clinic
- Patients who are rostered to a specific provider
- etc...
You can also stack multiple criteria to make your patient group more specific by clicking on the '+ Add rule' button. In the example below, criteria have been added to generate a list of all of Dr. Wyle's rostered patients.
When done adding the criteria, click 'Search' to generate the patient group.
After the patient group has been created, it will appear at the bottom of the window. You then have the option to export it in either CSV or Excel format.
