In Avaros, your clinic address and logo are used in many features and modules such as: Online Booking, Prescriptions, Consultations, eForms etc.
To set up your clinic's address and logo, follow the steps below.
Add Your Clinic Address
Go to 'Administration' → Select 'System Management' → then go to 'Clinic Address & Logo'.
Enter your clinic information in the text fields seen above and click 'Submit' to save. The information will now be reflected in any Avaros label, consultation, prescription etc.
Add Your Clinic Logo
Go to 'Administration' → Select 'System Management' → Go to 'Clinic Address & Logo' → Select 'Choose File' → Your can then choose an image file from your computer to add → Select 'Open' to add it as your logo → Click 'Submit' to save.
Updating Your Clinic Information
If ever your clinic address, phone number or fax number change, you can update the information under 'Clinic Address & Logo', so the new info is reflected in labels, consultations, prescriptions etc.
To do that go to 'Administration' → Select 'System Management' → Select 'Clinic Address & Logo' → Update any information → Click 'Submit' to save the update.
