Avaros offers a Multi Site feature that lets you add and manage multiple clinic locations within the same EMR instance. This functionality is ideal for sister clinics operating with a main and secondary location.
💡Please note: for completely separate clinics, we recommend setting up a dedicated Avaros instance.💡
The following steps outline how to set up the Multi-Site functionality.
Step 1: Contact Support
To begin, email our support team at support@avaros.ca. Our team will enable the multi-site functionality for your EMR instance.
Step 2: Add the new Site Location
Once the functionality is enabled, you’ll need to add your additional location information by navigating to Administration → System Management → Satellite-Sites Admin and entering the location details.
Once added, the site selection drop-down will appear in the schedule for selection.
Step 3: Assign Sites to Users
Next, ensure each user has access to the appropriate sites:
Navigate to Administration → User Management.
Search for and select the user’s account.
Under 'Multi-Site Selection', assign the sites the user can access.
Select one of the sites as their 'primary site'.
