This issue is usually due to the providers GoSecure credentials being expired. The MOH requires that the password is reset every 60 days. When this happens, the functions performed by the MCEDT ie: uploading and downloading documents as well as submitting claims to the MOH, will not work (this may show up as an 'Authentication Failed' warning in the MCEDT mailbox).
Solve this problem by updating your password with the Ministry of Health through their GoSecure platform outside of Avaros. Once you have updated your credentials, input the new credentials in Avaros.
This can be done under 'Administration' → 'Billing' → 'Manage Go Secure'.
Once completed, all functions of the MCEDT mailbox should work properly
