This quick guide shows you where to find your archived MOH files and generated claim files in Avaros EMR.
 

How do I find archived generated claim files?

If you need to review claim files that were generated in previous years, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Administration 
2. In the left sidebar under Billing, click Generate OHIP File
3. At the top of the page, locate the Show Archive dropdown (next to "Select Provider")
4. Click the dropdown and select the year you want to review (YEAR 2026, YEAR 2025, YEAR 2024, etc.)
5. The page will display all claim files generated during that selected year

How do I find archived MOH files?

To access MOH files that have been archived, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Administration 
2. In the left sidebar under Billing, click View MOH Files
3. At the top of the page, click the Archive button
4. The view will change to show archived files, and you'll see a View: dropdown that now shows "Archive"
5. Your archived MOH files will be displayed with columns for Report Date, Type, File Name, Download File, and Date Downloaded
6. Click the download icon next to any file to download it

Tip: To return to your current (non-archived) files, you can change the View: dropdown back to "Inbox".

What's the difference between these two areas?

• Generate OHIP File: Shows claim files that you've generated for submission. Use the "Show Archive" dropdown to view files from previous years.
• View MOH Files: Shows files received from or sent to the Ministry of Health. Use the "Archive" button to switch between current files (Inbox) and archived files.
