Is someone new in your clinic? Find out how you can add a new user in Avaros.
1. Go to ‘Administration’ from your Schedule Dashboard.
2. Click on ‘User Management' and then 'Add User' or select 'Add User' from the shortcut menu in Administration.
3. Enter the new user's login information including:
-
Username
-
Password
-
PIN
-
An account expiry date (optional)
-
Administrative Access (optional)
4. Add the new user’s contact information including; first name, last name and provider type.
5. If you are a multi-site clinic, you can choose which location the provider will be working at in the multi-site selection step.
6. Lastly, add the new user’s billing information.
Click ‘Create User’ when finished. A confirmation message will appear informing you that the new user has been successfully created.
Once you refresh your browser, the newly created user will appear along with the other providers in your clinic. They will also be able to log into the clinic using their new credentials.
