If a clinic staff member is no longer working at the clinic, users with administrative access have the ability to deactivate their account to prevent further login to the EMR.
Begin by going to 'Administration' → 'User management' → 'Manage Users'. Search and select the account of the user you would like to inactivate.
Once selected, toggle the 'Status' of the user to inactive. Make sure to select 'Update User' when finished to save your changes.
After completing these steps, the user will no longer be able to log into your clinic.
