Where do I find Outside Use reports?

Outside Use reports are found in your 'MCEDT' Mailbox in Avaros.

• Go to 'Administration' from the main schedule and click on 'Billing' then select 'MCEDT'; 
• In the 'MCEDT' Mailbox click on the 'Download' folder;

• Select the Outside Use report, scroll down and hit the 'Download' button.

Once the File is downloaded, it will appear in the 'View MOH Files' tab.

• Click on the File name to run the report;
• Once the report has been run, it will automatically synchronize the MOH Outside Use list in Avaros and update the Outside Use status for patients;

Where is the Outside Use details displayed?

In Avaros, there are 2 locations where outside usage is displayed;

1. In the 'Master Record'; 

2. In the 'Schedule';
