How do patients sign up to receive messages?
Avaros requires patients to complete a two-step process in order to sign up when they receive a secure message from the clinic for the first time.
- Patients will receive an email notification about the secure message sent by their provider;
- Patients will need to click on "View Your Message" button in the email to proceed;
The mandatory information required when signing up includes the patient's email address, date of birth and a password you may choose for the account. Health card information is not required and can be switched off while signing up if not accessible.
Once successfully signed up to receive patient messages from the clinic, all that is required for future sign-in is the email address for your account and the password you have created.

I cannot get to my message from my doctor's office. I signed up & with Medley & filled out the form and still can't get to the message.

Also it has my name wrong and I cant change it
