What is Avaros?

Avaros' software is used by your Doctor to store and manage your medical records. We are an OntarioMD certified Electronic Medical Records company that complies with Canadian health protection and privacy legislation (PHIPAA and PIPEDA). We're based in Ontario, and all of our data is stored in Canadian data centres, and is subject to Privacy audits and security reviews as part of our certification process.

What is Medley.Health?

Medley is Avaros' secure messaging system that's used by Doctors to share private health information (e.g. Lab results, medical reports, questionnaires) with their patients, securely. 

How does Medley.Health work?

When your Doctor sends you a secure message using Medley, you receive an email notification at the email address on file with your Doctor. This email contains a button to securely view your message on our portal.

Yourfirst time signing into Medley, you'll be asked to verify your identity. This information you provide is securely matched against information your Doctor has on file.

Once you've verified your identity and created your Medley.Health account, you can review the secure messages and attachments sent to you by your Doctor.

How are Medley.Health messages stored and handled?

Our secure messages are encrypted and stored in Canadian data centres in compliance with Canadian privacy legislation. Medley undergoes regular privacy audits and security reviews to ensure your data is secure.

You have the right to request all your secure patient messages be permanently deleted by contacting help@medley.health
