If your subscription shows as past due, you'll need to update your payment method to restore access. This usually causes a "No active subscription found" error to appear
Why This Happens
The most common causes are an expired card on file, insufficient funds at the time of the billing charge, or a bank declining the transaction as a security precaution. In all of these cases, updating your card resolves the issue.
The following steps outline how to update your card.
Step 1: Open Billing from the Scribe
Open an eChart and launch the Scribe. Click the profile icon in the top right corner, then select Billing from the dropdown (you'll find it below Settings, alongside your plan and invoices).
Step 2: Update Your Card
Next to your card on file, click Update, enter your new card details, and save.
Once your new payment goes through, your account will be back in good standing right away. If you have any issues don't hesitate to reach out to support@avaros.ca for assistance.
