AI Scribe offers a few plans depending on how you use it:

• Free – 25 visits per month with the SOAP template, great for trying it out
• Standard ($89 CAD/mo) – Unlimited visits, ideal for part-time doctors (only accessible through https://www.fluent.health/ site, will need to copy/paste into EMR. 
• EMR Integrated ($119 CAD/mo) – Everything in Standard, plus direct EMR integration, visit translation, and extended support. This is the plan required to open Scribe directly from eChart.
• Enterprise (custom pricing, CAD) – For healthcare teams, includes group signup discounts and custom templates and integrations

Which Plan Should I Choose?

If you want to open the Scribe directly from a patient's eChart and have notes flow into their record without copying and pasting, you'll need the EMR Integrated plan. This is the plan Avaros actively recommends for doctors using AI Scribe day to day.

The Standard plan works as a standalone tool outside the eChart, useful if you want to try the unlimited-visit experience before committing to EMR integration.

Enterprise is best suited to clinics onboarding several providers at once, since it includes group signup pricing and custom templates.

How to Subscribe or Upgrade

If you are interested in the EMR Integrated plan sign-up needs to be completed within the EMR. 

To sign up for the full version of the AI Scribe, you can open up the app from any patient encounter note.
 

 
Once opened, navigate to the menu in the top right corner of the display and select "Billing"
 

 
Here your can select the "upgrade" button to sign up for the full version of the app. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information to signup. 


 

Frequently Asked Questions

Is pricing per provider or per clinic?

Avaros AI Scribe is not included in the monthly Avaros EMR invoice. Instead, it is billed directly to the user's credit card on a monthly basis so would be billed per provider who signs up for the service.
 

Where can I see my invoices?

Your invoices are available in the same Billing screen used to update your payment method. See Updating AI Scribe Payment Method for the exact path to follow.
