Calendar Views
At the top of your schedule, you can find the current date and toggle to switch between days. You can change the day you're currently viewing by clicking the left '<' and right '>' icons, and the circle button to return to today’s date.
You can also view your schedule by Day, Week, List or Month.
💡 You can use keyboard shortcuts to navigate your calendar. Hover over a calendar icon to see its keyboard shortcut.💡
Provider and Group Display
Click on the provider name to open the provider and group drop-down menu. From this menu, you can select which provider or group schedule is being displayed. Click on the circle arrow button next to the name to return to the default schedule.
💡 To optimize the list of providers, you can decide which clinic staff need booking privileges and hide a schedule from the provider list.💡
Schedule Settings
To control your Schedule Settings, click the gear icon in the top right of the display.
Schedule Templates
Schedule Templates allow you to set time ranges for; provider availability, specific appointment types, Online Booking etc. After creating schedule templates in Schedule Settings, you can choose the template you’d like to add for a given day by selecting one in the template drop-down menu.
💡 Schedule templates can be added to a provider's schedule in bulk (more than one day at a time) in the Schedule Settings → Schedule Templates → Assignment. Here you can choose a provider and add templates for months at a time.💡
Searching for Demographics
Search for a patient by name, phone number, DOB, or health card right from the Schedule. If the demographic does not yet exist, you can create one by clicking ‘Create Demographic’.
💡 You can also create a demographic when creating an appointment.💡
