Auto-populating a patient's health card number (HCN) and health card validation (HCV) may be having issues in Avaros due to the providers GoSecure credentials being expired.
This can be tested by going to your MCEDT Mailbox, and attempting to use one of the functions ex: downloading a file. If this is the root of the issue, you'll get an error code that looks like this:
Solve this problem by updating your password with the Ministry of Health through their GoSecure platform outside of Avaros. Once you have updated your credentials, input the new credentials in Avaros.
This can be done under 'Administration' → 'Billing' → 'Manage Go Secure'.
Once completed, select 'Update'.
Auto-populating a patient's HCN and HCV should now work properly.
