The 'Preventions' section in a patient's 'eChart' is where preventative care activities and screenings can be recorded. 

How to add a Prevention?

• In a patient's 'eChart' go to the 'Preventions' Tile;
• Click on the '+'  button to open the 'Preventions' module;

• Select the Prevention entry you would like to add;
• Enter the data and hit 'Save' when done;

How to add Preventions from Inbox?

• Open your 'Inbox' from the main schedule page;

• Click on the document you would like to upload in your 'Inbox';
• Click on 'Preventions' button;
• Click on the Prevention you would like the entry to go under;
• Fill out the needed details and click 'Add Prevention'.

How to Print Preventions? 

• Open the Preventions page from Patient's 'eChart';
• To Print all of the Prevention Entries, Click on 'Print All' button on the top right corner;

• You can also select and print Preventions individually by hitting the print button beside each Prevention Entry;
