If you need to locate a patient whose profile has been marked as Inactive, you can easily do this using the 'Search Patient' feature from the schedule view.
Step 1: Open Search Patient
From the top of the Schedule view, click on the 'Search Patient' function.
Step 2: Choose Your Search Method
Use the drop-down menu to select how you would like to search for the patient. You can search using several criteria, including:
Patient Name
Phone Number
Date of Birth (DOB)
Address
Health Card Number
Step 3: Enter the Patient Information
Enter the relevant information in the search field based on the method you selected.
Step 4: Filter for Inactive Patients
Click the 'Inactive' button to filter the search results and display patients who are currently marked as Inactive.
