Health Report Manager (HRM) allows diagnostic reports such as specialist letters, hospital discharge summaries, and other clinical documents to flow directly into Avaros. Once set up, HRM results appear in a provider's inbox alongside any other results, faxes, or labs they receive.
Setting up HRM
1. Request HRM through support
To get started, send a request to support@avaros.ca. Our team will then reach out to OntarioMD on your behalf to initiate the HRM set-up process.
2. OntarioMD configuration
Once our support team has contacted OntarioMD, they will work with your clinic to complete the necessary configuration. You will be notified when HRM is active for your practice.
💡Important: HRM can only be set up to route results to a single clinic. If you work at multiple clinics, all HRM reports from your other clinics will be sent to your primary clinic.💡
Receiving HRM reports
Once HRM is active, diagnostic reports will flow automatically into Avaros. Providers will find HRM results in their inbox alongside all other incoming items, including:
- Lab results
- Faxes
- Other diagnostic reports
You can utilize the category option at the top of your inbox to filter by HRM as needed:
No additional steps are required to retrieve HRM reports. They will arrive automatically once set-up is complete.
💡Note: If you are not seeing expected HRM reports in your inbox after set-up has been completed, contact support@avaros.ca for assistance.💡
