After an eReferral has been made, you can review and manage it in either the Patient's eChart, or in your Clinic-Wide Consultation tracker.

1. Patient's eChart 

After making an eReferral using Ocean's eReferral health map from Avaros, the eReferral will automatically be downloaded into the patient's eChart under the 'Consultation' tile in the left panel (after the page is refreshed).

To review the referral, click on the referral title ex: Bone Mineral Density - and a detailed view of the referral will open.

Clicking on the Referral ID link or 'Ref ID' will open the referral in Ocean's portal and allow you to further edit the referral, or cancel it.

2. Clinic Consultation List

You can also review all of your clinic's referrals, including eReferrals, from the clinic consultation list which can be accessed under 'Consultation' from the top of your schedule page.

In this view, you can see an updated list of your Referrals (including eReferrals) and their latest status. To open the detailed view for a referral click on the arrow on the right.
